About Me

  • A dynamic Administrator with nearly 29 years of experience in office Administration, Grievance Handling, policy planning of various welfare schemes for Soldiers with Government Authorities.   • Handled matters related to Group of Ministers and arranged high profile meetings of GoM.
  • Handled assignment related to HIV/AIDS to ensure, successful implementation of the AIDs Control Programme among the police personnel and their families.
  • Handled stress management training and courses.
  • Staffing for Welfare And Rehabilitation Board HQr and for Central Police Canteen, HQr.
  • Organized Art of Living course from the Vyakti Vikas Kendra for 60000 personnel of Paramilitary and 10-days Yoga camp by Swami Ramdev ji for 4000 personnel of Paramilitary.
  • Drafted project about set up of Welfare and Rehabilitation Board (WARB) for CPMFs to look into the welfare and rehabilitation of CPMF personnel, which was accepted by the Government on 17/09/2007 at PAN India basis.
  • Executed projects related to set up of Central Police Canteen for CPMF personnel to provide a wide range of consumer goods to personnel of the forces including ex-personnel and their families at convenient locations at least possible rates without compromising the quality.
  • On the direction of PMO, introduced the Prime Minister Scholarship Scheme to encourage higher technical and professional education for the wards of widows and CPMFs personnel for pursuing advance and higher education in the field of Medical Engineering/IT.
  • Processed the matters related to the sanction of Ex-gratia compensation to NOK of died personnel as per the guidelines of the Central/State Government.
  • Proposed an ex-gratia compensation plan for disabled personnel, which was accepted by the Government during April 2011 and now disabled soldiers on duty are entitled for Rs.20 lack as Ex-gratia.
  • Handled pension matters of CPMFs personnel.

  • Joined CRPF on 31st Jan 1990. Served 10 years in field Battalions at Delhi, Jammu, Srinagar, Chandigarh, Jallandhar, Assam till May 2000.
  • From June 2000 to Nov 2011 perform as Officer-in-charge of Resettlement and Welfare Directorate (R&W Dte.), Ministry of Home Affairs at North Block, New Delhi.
  • Manager- Adm, HR and Liaison- Govt. Sector for Netra Projtech India (P) Ltd till November 2012.
  • Senior Manager, Adm and Liaison at Kent RO Systems Ltd., Noida till March 2013.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES/WORK

  • Treasurer, Resident Welfare Association, FGH Block, Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi from March 2007 to April 2011.
  • Joint Secretary General, National Coordination Committee of Ex-CPMFs Personnel Welfare Associations, New Delhi from January 2015 to November 2016.
  • Founder of www.ArdhSainik.com, a first welfare facility portal for Paramilitary Personnel since September 2015.
  • Chairman and Founder Trustee of Ardh Sainik Welfare Trust (Regd.) and taking care of Paramilitary serving and retired personnel with following vision:-

CHIEF TASKS HANDLED

General Administration

  • Handled matters related to Group of Ministers and arranging high profile meetings of GoM.
  • Supervision of battalion personnel services for all purposes etc.
  • Overseeing administrative tasks across military establishments.
  • Handled assignment related to HIV/AIDS to ensure, successful implementation of the AIDs Control Programme among the police personnel and their families.
  • Handled stress management training and courses.
  • Staffing for Welfare And Rehabilitation Board HQr.
  • Staffing for Central Police Canteen, HQr.
  • Taking adequate measures to maintain grant-in-aid accounts for the welfare of CPMF personnel.
  • Handled career development & appraisal reports.
  • Look into the investigation of all cases of discipline of CPMF personnel.
  • Organized Art of Living course from the Vyakti Vikas Kendra for 60000 personnel of CPMFs.
  • Managed 10-days Yoga camp by Baba Ramdev ji for 4000 personnel of CPMFs.
  • Conducted project for training of trainer as counsellor to improve total quality of life through behavioural counsellors and scientific yoga to reduce suicides/fratricides cases.
  • Conducted recruitment of Constable (male/female) for CRPF at Chandigarh, Jallandhar.

Policy Planning, Training and Courses

  • Drafted project about set up of Welfare and Rehabilitation Board (WARB) for CPMFs to look into the welfare and rehabilitation of CPMF personnel, which was accepted by the Government on 17/09/2007.

  • Planned for organizing and conducting training and development programs in association with external/ internal trainers and consultants such as Vyakti Vikas Kendra (Art of Living), Patanjali Yoga Peeth, Kavaliyadhama Yoga Sansthan etc and successfully conducted.
  • Supervision of battalion personnel in service training and courses, etc.

COMPENSATION

  • Taking adequate measures to maintain grant-in-aid accounts for the welfare of personnel.
  • Processed the matters related to the sanction of Ex-gratia compensation to NOK of died personnel as per the guidelines of the Central/State Government.

GRIEVANCE HANDLING

  • Aptly monitored Grievances Cell of personnel.
  • Attended and settled thousands of grievances of personnel related to various issues.
  • Resolving grievances of retired personnel and settling their dues & other benefits from Government.
  • Significant contribution in taking initiatives for mainstreaming of police personnel on prevention of HIV/AIDS;

SECURITY OPERATIONS

  • Undertook field service in Jammu and Kashmir, Assam and looked after the administration and operational duties of operational battalion
  • Carried out duties with intelligence wing of the force.
  • Ensuring maintenance of law and order in the state and assessing any potential threats.
